This is truly pet friendly holiday accommodation and with the tryly fully equipped kitchen and laundry we and our pets had a wonderful holiday in Ballina. We utilised the entertainment areas and the pool to their full potential. The large glass doors and screens off the balcony could be left open to catch the cooling breezes off the nearby creek, which was just a short stroll away. We had no worries when leaving our pets at home to explore the surrounds because they could not get out. We will return on our next visit to Ballina. We have told all our friends (and their pets) about our stay, and we hope to return again next year, possibly with a new addition to the family in tow. The area up there is beautiful, with some amazing places that Fonzie enjoyed very much. We couldn't fault Bali Hai at all, in fact it was better that what we were expecting. Loved the stress free check-in, and being able to bring the'fur kids' too. Gemma our elderly staffy enjoyed sitting on the verandah,while our two year old chihuahua Bruce had a great first time at the beach. Hope to stay with you again in 2011! Regards Brad Thomas, Brisbane Hi Nicole,  We had a great break at North Terrace- would have loved to have stayed longer.We were very impressed with the house. It was so clean and well presented. It was also so spacious and well equipped. The kitchen was very well fitted out. It felt like a home away from home. Our pup Noah loved it too- it was so well set up for pets. It was good having the 2 areas for the pets- both the front deck and the backyard. The river at the end of the street was great too for us and the kids and the dog. We will definate stay there another time in the future. Thanks for being so helpful in organising the accommodation. Ollie slept so well he must have felt comfortable too as we all did.
